When I was a kid, I would go on walks with my brother or dad and later my nephew, we were car fans, especially imported ones, we had a car , but could not afford an imported one as the society was so socialist that we were threatened by the rent control all the time if we owned more than one home or car.
There are many Indian cars, not too good technology, but tolerable, like Dolphin and Montana by Sipani Automobiles, the unstable idiotic badal car, and the great Suzuki Alto and Tata Nano, low cost honest cars, I admire.
Also is Ford, the Crown Victoria car the US police loves, I have mixed reactions about Ford or the Indian Badal, I thought of a salvage Polaris Sling Shot to fix this especially a crash test vehicle, I thought of inviting my German Mechanic friend to add electric hub wheels to it, it costs only $2000 or less and is 16 Kilo Watt, I could strip down the engine and all the seats and water proof it to robust all weather. But I put it off indefinitely, till God proposes something like this, I prefer light aircraft and water.
