Lunch at a passerby's place

I was sitting by the roadside today, tired as usual, and sick of walking by roads, when a motorcyclist stopped by and enquired about my expedition, his name was Robert, he invited me to his house and I had potatoes, eggs and corn. I t was filling, he them dropped me by Walmart in Antigo, and I refilled groceries.

Poetry

When the dawn of Usha, the wedding of night and day.
I wake up to face the Sun.
Flow Yoga, a Surya Namaskar,
Prana in all my nadis.
I worship the orbs of space and time.
My life, in the manifest and unmanifest.
Imaginary in science fiction and real in the relative.
I pray to the wormhole aliens,
And walk with the prophets,
May an Indian guide, lead me back,
To the spiritual land,
Where the cups brim with the yogurt,
Of both wealth and knowledge,
And the pitcher overflows with the milk of compassion,
Where animals live in peace.
And the world is pristine.

My prayer

Now and before

Here are my photography today and before I set out, I have been on the trail for over a month now and have really gone down, tanned a lot too, but have enriched spiritually, still seeking silence.

HSK was successful

Acclimatizing to living off prana from sunlight and water alone

As I prepare to live off prana from water and sunlight alone, I remind myself that it takes six weeks, and some yoga is required.
Everyday you need to do pranayama in the morning.
Then facing the morning sun you need to do the surya namaskar in flow yoga using vinyasa.
Then you need to immerse yourself in a stream or river and meditate for five minutes as you activate merkaba and raise Kundalini or qi through a succulent to the crown.
Feel the pana from the solar network permeate your nadis, the ida. Feel the prana permeate your nadis from water.
Pray to the five Ganges and to the unification of all waters.

On prana

There is a paucity of interesting

architectures on the country roads that connect one trail to another, I found one good one yesterday on 52, here are some photos.

Rice lake photos

Walking day and night, I reached the dispersed camp at rice lake, here are some snaps.

Sport hill photos

Here are some sporthill photos from Iola

Pinewood with new hope

Every rebellion needs hope as in rogue one, star wars, you can rebel against urban living and find new hope at the new hope pine natural area, here are some snaps.

Cooking with al foil

Cooking can be fun, but here are some wilderness skills, use baking foul containers from any local store and use oil and paper to cook, just burn small folds of paper dipped in oil to heat water for a beverage or for noodles. As shown in the photographes, you can make do with one cup of beverage and one pack of noodles a day on hsk, minimizing it to none in six weeks when you acclimatize to living off water and sunlight alone.

Watching UFOs

I have settled down to the task of searching for ufos and bigfoot, with a bigger foot than mine. I am at sports ski hill and will share the photos of the shelter here. There is electricity but no wifi, a qifi hotspot with fibre would have been great. A good option is a homestay, it costs as littlw as $20 and you can day hike, work and do laundry. It is much better than dnr campsites or private ones.
i am going to watch for UFOs tonight and as the ranger suggested, I will build a campfire.
have been successful with HSK, eating just a pack of noodles a day, no cold though, am very happy. Will start meditation soon, especially at every cold cache, there is nothing cold there though.
did not get any response regarding group meditation and pagan music at the iceage trail from volunteers.
lots of help from locals, with water and power.

HSK Successful!

I am at GreenWood Forest at the IceAge Trail and my HSK has been very successful, I am making my six week transition to only water and sunlight and succeeded in living with only one meal of noodles a day with hiking of at-least

four miles a day. I have cold adopted with only a blanket and an extremely light weight tent to keep insects out.
I have demonstrated living of edible plants, collecting wild raspberries, apples and mushrooms!
I am learning the medicinal plants and will keep you posted on this. I add my hiking blogs and photos.
