Fuel cells
Fuel cells can burn a variety of fuels and range in power from a few watts to a few kilowatts. They are expensive though. Popular amongst them are hydrogen fuel cells and metal airfuel cells. The latter use metal as fuel , popular are Magnesium, Zinc,Iron and Aluminium.I
Iron air fuel cells can be scaled to the grid with typical installations of afew hundred kilowatts.
Solar cells
Solar cells are offgrid, but large farms are grid compatible too, organic solar cells now replace polycrystalline and thin film cells. It is our atte pt to create organic cells to create the banyan architecture,to supply hydrogen and recycle metal fuel.
Biofuel
Prominent amongst biofuels are alcohol and biodiesel, thoufh bio naphtha
And bio propane can be used.
We are setting up a plant to generate biofuels from bamboo pulp
In uttaranchal India.
